What is fundamentals?
Ever felt intimated about joining a gym? Not sure if you’ll fit into a group class? This program will teach you all the functional movements seen in our DefyFit group program in a 1-1 setting so you build your confidence before that first class. Even if you have experience with group training, we want to get to know you and help fast track your progress.
Personal Training
Get to know our coaches in a 1-1 setting while learning everything you need to know before joining the group.
Assessment
You will be taken through our fitness level system which will help you to set goals and enable us to monitor your progress.
Progressive
We start at your level and build you up over the course of the program.
Hybrid
You get to experience everything we have to offer with a mix of personal training, group classes & nutrition coaching.
