Defy Functional Fitness is conveniently located in the heart of Leaside, just a short 600-meter walk from the new Laird and Eglinton LRT station. We’re also close to local landmarks such as Trace Mains Park and The Amsterdam Barrel House, making it easy to find us whether you’re coming for a workout or enjoying the neighborhood. Parking is readily available with paid street parking nearby and additional parking spaces across the road in a large plaza.

Whether you prefer a morning session after the school drop-off, or a post-work evening class, we have options available throughout the week. DefyFit is our signature group training, functional fitness option. Enjoy the camaraderie and motivation of a welcoming group setting, whilst still receiving individualized coaching tailored to your goals. It’s a win-win, but don’t take our word for it; let your results do the talking.

The best kids fitness program! It would be nice if we could protect our kids from everything that life throws at them, but we can’t. The best thing we can do is make them strong. Through our kid’s fitness program, your child will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence, unlike anything we’ve seen elsewhere. We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. By using a FUN combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting we get kids to LOVE exercise.
